IF LOCAL IN MELBOURNE: follow instructions on REFILLS page to arrange PICK UP/ DROP OFF & AVOID SHIPPING FEES

IF POSTING:

1. Please complete the Refill Form that was included in the original box. This will include the size/ volume of your vessel and indicate what size refill you require (small, medium, large, extra large)

2. Post back to Anon Eclectic 26 Fairmount Rd, Hawthorn East Victoria 3123 preferably in the original box as these are sturdy and help to protect your precious cargo. ENSURE YOU INCLUDE THE REFILL SLIP.

3. If you have misplaced the Refill Slip, calculate the volume of your candle by filling it with water to measure the volume. Please allow for any remaining wax when calculating the capacity. Oh, and there’s no need to remove any remaining wax as we will take care of that before we refill it with fresh new creamy soy wax!

4. Post back to us as per the above instructions on this page.
